Monthly pension for the 2013-2014 academic year: € 1,162.79 (VAT included).

This amount shall be paid quarterly: September-May or October-June. The student who remains at the Hall out of the payment periods should pay those days as individual days.

Within the first ten days of the first month of each quarter (September, December and March or October, January and April, as appropriate) the receipt of each full quarter in advance will be passed by direct debit, although the April-June quarter includes only until June 24. Those students who have paid this quarter and must remain for academic reasons beyond that date may do so with due justification.

Discounts or refunds because of absences of the Hall cannot be requested, either because of delays in transposing or early termination of the classes, either by expulsion disciplinary or otherwise. The Hall will remain closed for all purposes during Christmas holidays and Easter.

The deposit made for reservation will be refunded once paid the last full course of stay in the Hall, possibly discounting the cost of the damage for which the student is responsible for the misuse of furniture or facilities. The refund shall be made effective in October, only if the student had communicated in writing by July 15 his decision to leave the center; is updated in payment; and deliver last year grades at the Hall before the end of October.

Expenditure incurred in repairing damage to the furniture or the facilities not caused by ordinary use or attributable to a particular student will be prorated among all students.

The fee includes single room (with bathroom, heating, air conditioning and internet access, as well as weekly cleaning service), dining room service Monday through Saturday, including bank holidays (breakfast, lunch and dinner), use of all facilities of the Hall (gym, pool, hall with piano and drums, table tennis, sports center, library, TV and video games, classrooms…); 24-hour concierge, Wi-Fi in public areas, and cultural, social, recreational and sports activities organized by the Residence Hall (including seminars and workshops as well as theater or dance, or rental tracks for sports trainings as paddle tennis or soccer-11).

The Residence Hall offers as an added service the ability to use printer, copier, plotter and binder, with a franchise first and a reduced cost from a certain number of uses. Microwave ovens and cleaning supplies, as well as washers and dryers with a nominal fee, are also available to students in the offices located on each floor, although they can also use the laundry service, which is not included in the fee and billed by piece.
